Senior Manager, Field Marketing

SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Field Marketing collaborates closely with sales teams to launch detailed, personalized marketing campaigns, generate and track qualified leads, and maximize event return on investment (ROI) for optimal revenue impact. This role monitors industry trends, partners with various field leadership to identify revenue gaps, and develops comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand.
JOB DUTIES
- Partners with the sales team and other field leadership to identify revenue gaps and growth blockers. Develops and implements plans to address these opportunities and challenges.
- Reports on the status of field marketing activities.
- Documents and shares lead/customer intelligence with the sales team.
- Works with customer relationship management (CRM) team to help ensure quality/accuracy of leads.
- Gathers insights and feedback from customers and prospects during events to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience improvements.
- Works with internal events team to help facilitate business alignment to maximize event ROI.
- Acts as the face of the brand during events, ensuring all marketing activities are consistent with the company’s brand image and messaging.
- Monitors event metrics, conducts post-event evaluations, and makes optimization recommendations.
- Develops, executes, and optimizes comprehensive marketing plans with various stakeholders.
- Manages campaigns throughout the lead lifecycle, from awareness and lead generation to nurturing and sales acceleration.
- Monitors account-level engagement and campaign metrics.
- Helps develop, support and execute account-based marketing strategies, programs and tools.
- Collaborates with technology product development, supplier marketing, and product marketing to bridge growth gaps.
- Attends relevant trade shows and events.
- Manages a significant territory or multiple diverse areas, potentially leading a small team.
- Supports organic growth through new business generation and renewal retention (new and existing customers).
- Participates in strategic planning initiatives for growth, new product development, and other activities.
- Leads efforts to promote internal and external awareness of Motion's digital and e-commerce tools and resources.
- Monitors industry trends, and supplier and competitor activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and seven (7) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

- Ability to identify and cultivate new customers through strategic partnerships, resulting in new business opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively across geographic and business culture lines with Motion Industries and customers.
- Proven project management and influential leadership skills.

- Confident and self-motivated.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
50% travel required.
